Our weight loss programs are set up for optimal results and allow you to focus on your long-term goals. A monthly program fee of $109 covers your visit, prescriptions being sent to the pharmacy of your choice, and access to messaging with your provider. We are a private pay practice, out of network with insurances. All major credit cards, FSA, and HSA are accepted. A superbill can be provided should you desire to submit it to your insurance company for consideration.
